[edit] Mine
I have a Datel clone. It came with Art Studio, which was generally considered the best art package for the speccy. The Datel clone was built around one ASIC, and came with a Kempston joystick port as well.
Internally, its basically one ASIC, a pair of pull-up resistor networks and a few capacitors.
Here is the original mouse I got with it.
