This is a box custom designed to put various alchemy LARP phsyreps. (scales, mortar and pestle et al)

[edit] So what is it

As usual, I built it up from slats rather than using single pieces of wood for a side. This time, i cut some Aluminium pieces for the edging. and used what was basically a large belt to keep it closed. Inside, its sectioned off, and the lid has places for potion bottles and larger herb containers. (The potion bottles are held in with a bit of string, the larger containers by friction)

[edit] What i did wrong

Meh, a slew of things. Once again, the lid doesnt quite match. as they were all cut at the same time, i can only assume that its due to the wood expanding at different rates when they were dyed. Next time, Dye first, then cut!

The metal strips look crap. Next time use steel rather than aluminium. Also use Matt rather than Gloss paint.

The strap probably needs neatening up a bit.
